The guard that had stood next to Matthew turned to look at Rouge. "I think it was some sort of magical monster," he said. ''No," said another further in front, "it was the devil himself, come to curse Matthew and this town." Many mumbled at his remark.

"Paper man huh?" The guard said. "Well, maybe." The manor gates loomed ahead. "Well Matthew, it was a successful trip, no?" The guard up from said with a laugh.

Matthew nodded dismounted the borrowed horse. Then he unlocked the gates. "Ill see you tomorrow," he said and beckoned Rouge to come in.

Rouge came in the gates now looking at Matthew he dismounted it now and walked over to him,"Something happen,I know it did your face..Did you know that man?"

Ic: "Its hard to remember," he said and put two fingers on his temple. "We were on an adventure to some unknown region. Aron found a small village and in it was an amazing jewelry store. But from what I recall, we were penny-less. So, he took some of the best gems there and told me to promise him not to tell anyone."
